Worship

Son of God

Worship the Lord with gladness; enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise.

Communion is served during worship on the first Sunday of each month and every Sunday evening during the Gather worship service.
Prayerfully prepare!

Here we go……it’s test time! Are you ready?

Circle the BEST answer for the following statement:

Jesus is:

a) a great leader

b) a wonderful influence

c) a remarkable prophet

d) Son of God

If you chose “d,” “Son of God,” you are absolutely correct! Yes, Jesus IS also a), b), and c) but when we come to the understanding of the profound truth about who Jesus really is, the Son of God, the only adequate response to this enlightenment is worship.

It is so good to see the church family fill the sanctuary for worship each Sunday morning and evening. We are all one family brought together by the faith that keeps us connected to the LOVE that is CHRIST JESUS.

As preparation time for the Easter season approaches there are many opportunities for you to worship with your church family, your community of faith:

March 1………Ash Wednesday Service, 6:30 p.m.

March 5………First Sunday in Lent, 11:00 a.m.

April 9………..Palm Sunday, 11:00 a.m.

April 13………Maundy Thursday Service, 6:30 p.m.

April 14………Good Friday Service, 6:30 p.m.

April 16……… EASTER ! 8:30 and 11:00 a.m.

Circle these dates on your calendar and bring a friend to share in the energy and enthusiasm that only worship can give. See you Sunday.
